Get the mansaf! This is the restaurant that makes everyone rethink "I don't really like Middle Eastern food." Fun, laid back place with really really good food. The (Western) brunch in the back patio during the weekends is also great. One of our most favorite places.

Lovejoy's Tea Room is a place we dream of going but haven't gotten to yet, how lame is it that I'm putting it in here as a recommendation? Well, go patronize them so we'll have a chance to later. The high tea and funny fancy crumpet service is very British country classy and looks like a hoot.

I loved the lemon ricotta pancakes, but fear that they've lost some of their quality as they attract a more "bridge and tunnel" crowd. Pleasant patio and good for out-of-town guests who won't mind a wait in line for what certainly used to be one of the best brunch places in town.
